User Accounts

Account Creation

To fully participate in WorkVoices, you must create an account by providing:

  • A secure password
  • Optional: Full name and company information

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Account Activity: All activities that occur under your account
  • Accurate Information: Providing truthful information in your profile
  • Account Monitoring: Regularly reviewing your account activity

Account Restrictions

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
  • One account per person (duplicate accounts may be suspended)
  • Accounts cannot be transferred to other individuals
  • Commercial use requires prior written permission

Content Guidelines

WorkVoices welcomes content that is:

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are not allowed on WorkVoices:

  • Discriminatory content based on race, gender, religion, etc.
  • Threats or incitement to violence
  • Content that could harm someone's safety
Inappropriate Content
  • Spam or repetitive content
  • False or misleading information
  • Content that violates privacy or confidentiality
  • Commercial promotions or advertisements

Content Ownership

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create
  • License to WorkVoices: You grant us permission to display, store, and share your content on the platform
  • Content Removal: You can delete your content at any time
  • Community Benefit: Content may remain visible (anonymized) to preserve community discussions

User Conduct

Community Standards

As a member of the WorkVoices community, you agree to:

  • Respect Others: Treat all community members with courtesy and respect
  • Stay On Topic: Keep discussions relevant to workplace experiences
  • Be Constructive: Contribute positively to conversations
  • Protect Privacy: Respect others' privacy and confidentiality
  • Follow Guidelines: Adhere to all platform rules and guidelines

Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
  • Collecting user information for unauthorized purposes
  • Using the platform for illegal activities
  • Circumventing security measures or platform restrictions

Privacy & Safety

Anonymous Sharing

WorkVoices supports anonymous sharing to protect your privacy:

  • You can choose to post anonymously or with your name
  • Anonymous posts help protect your professional relationships
  • Even anonymous content must follow our community guidelines

Reporting & Safety

To maintain a safe community:

  • Report Issues: Report inappropriate content or behavior immediately
  • Content Moderation: Our team reviews reported content promptly
  • User Protection: We take action to protect users from harassment
  • Privacy Safeguards: Personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy

Account Termination
